Controll operational costs, and introduce tactical initiatives to address theft andother losses.
Monitor invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes.
Prepare timely and accurate financial performance reports.
Oversee marketing initiatives and implement better business practices.
Delegate responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
Employ various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
Complete performance reviews in a prudent manner.
Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies.
Collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
Assistwith recruitment, screening and enrollment of personnel.
